To be eligible for any KRUCE Guarantee, return, refund or warranty claim, all applicable requirements outlined in this policy must be met:
Products showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, modification, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.
KRUCE products are backed by our "You'll Actually Use It" Guarantee. If your KRUCE product does not become part of your everyday carry, contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Eligibility for this guarantee is subject to all requirements outlined in this policy.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KRUCE is not responsible for lost return packages.
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return requirements listed above.
If the item is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If the product does not meet the required return conditions, the return may be denied. In such cases, we may return the item to you at your expense or otherwise dispose of the item at its discretion.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
KRUCE products are covered against manufacturing defects under normal everyday use. This includes defects related to workmanship, materials, or product functionality.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, intentional damage, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
