Warranty Coverage

KRUCE products are covered against manufacturing defects under normal everyday use. This includes issues related to workmanship, materials, or product functionality.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, intentional damage, improper care, modifications, or normal wear over time.

Returns & Exchanges

If you experience an issue with your product, contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including replacement, exchange, or refund eligibility when applicable.

To help process warranty or guarantee claims, we may request photos of the product and proof of purchase.
